Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please email email@example.com to notify us of an exchange/store credit request. (when approved we will send back shipping details and information)
Once the item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/store credit.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a replacement item on exchange will be sent or a store credit will issued to your account. Original shipping charges will not be credited.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged.
Sale items are final sale unless approved for exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
